The Rocking Horse There's
a rocking horse in our classroom, he takes us everywhere. I set him off to go so fast, galloping
to the fair. Our rocking horse is dapple grey with
a saddle made of leather, he takes us trotting far and wide through the mist and Heather. Then
when school is over and we have all gone home, he stands in the empty classroom, still
- and all alone. But through the quiet night time, I know he dreams with joy of
all the happy times he's had with every girl and boy.
